Shipping Policy

1. Returns and Refunds:
  • We do not accept returns or provide refunds for products unless they are damaged upon receipt or you have accidentally purchased the same product twice. Please carefully review your order before completing the purchase.
  • If you have received a damaged product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We may request photographic evidence of the damage to process your refund or replacement.
2. Shipping Error or Address Problem
  • In the event that your order is returned to us due to a shipping error or address issue:
    • If the mistake is on our side, we will cover the return and reshipment fees, and resend the product at no additional cost to you.
    • If the error is due to incorrect information provided by you, you will be responsible for both the return and reshipment fees. Alternatively, we can cancel the order and refund the product cost excluding both shipping and return charges.
  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid any delays or issues with delivery.
3. Additional Shipping Charges:
  • If you choose to have the product resent, you may be required to cover the shipping fees for the reshipment, as well as the fees already charged for the returned item.
  • We will not be responsible for any additional charges incurred due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
4. Shipping Timeframes In European Countries:
  • Orders typically require 1-3 business days for production and preparation before being shipped out.
  • Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination and any unforeseen circumstances, such as weather delays or peak seasons.
  • We deliver our orders to France both production and shipping with in 7 days 
5. International Shipping:
  • We currently offer shipping with the list of countries in our shipping section of our checkout. Please note that international shipping may incur additional fees, taxes, or customs duties imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages:
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
